Most days we can be at your door within 2–4 hours of your call, and often within 90 minutes for downtown, Nepean, and Kanata during normal business hours. Same-day booking is our standard, not an exception.
Diagnosis is included in our standard service call. You pay a flat rate that covers the trip, the assessment, and typically the labour on straightforward repairs. If the job requires parts or major work, we quote the total before we start.
Yes — our 24/7 emergency line handles broken springs at midnight, cars stuck inside the garage, and doors that won't close in a storm. After-hours rates apply outside our 7 AM – 9 PM window.
